In Lincoln, Nebraska, three individuals were taken into custody on Friday morning following a search of a residence in Grand Island, as reported by the police.
At approximately 1:50 a.m., authorities executed a search warrant at a residence situated near Lincoln Avenue and John Street.
Upon entering, law enforcement officers encountered Jaden Bailey and Kiesha Lemburg, both of whom were wanted on numerous arrest warrants, according to police statements.
Police also noted the discovery of a bag of methamphetamine in proximity to Lemberg’s phone.
Subsequently, Lemberg and Bailey were placed under arrest.
Malorie Rogers, the homeowner, was present in the residence with her two children.
Police alleged that Rogers was actively and knowingly providing assistance to two fugitives who were wanted by the law.
Rogers was apprehended on suspicion of multiple charges, including two counts of intentional child abuse.
