This measure would establish funding for essential components of rural vitality, innovation and food security that fall directly in line with Nebraska Cattlemen’s membership policies. NC President William H. Rhea III states, “Congressman Fortenberry has shown great leadership as the ranking member of the Appropriations Subcommittee. This measure will continue to allow Nebraska to be a leader in food production. As well as continue to create more efficiencies for Nebraska ranchers and farmers through rural broadband and enhancing continual education for agriculturalists.” Nebraska Cattlemen look forward to continuing working and supporting Congressman Fortenberry as this measure moves forward in the U.S House of Representatives.
