Burwell Chamber of Commerce Announces Halloween Parade


Burwell, N.E., October 4, 2019–The Burwell Chamber of Commerce announced today that it plans to hold its annual “Scare on the Square” Halloween costume parade around the downtown square in Burwell on Thursday, October 31st, 2019. Children of all ages are encouraged to join their friends at this fun event.

Parade line-up and judging begins at 3:45 p.m. in front of the Burwell Post Office and the parade starts at 4:00 p.m. There will be prizes for everyone but “special” prizes in the following categories:

  • Best Costume
  • Most Original Costume
  • Scariest Costume
  • Funniest Costume
