On Wednesday, April 17 at 2:55 pm 36-year-old Valenteen Mitchell of Burwell, Nebraska booked into Valley County Jail for Valley County by the Nebraska State Patrol on the same charges after being released four days prior.
Mitchell was released on April 14, 2019 the first time after paying 10 percent of a $50,000 cash bond. According to the Valley County Sheriff’s Office the bond form was read incorrectly and Mitchell only paid 10 percent of the $50,000.
The form states Mitchell must pay in full $50,000 cash to bond out of Valley County Jail. Mitchell was then arrested on April 17 to cover the full cash bond amount.
The 36-year-old was originally booked into Valley County on April 14 on the following charges: possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence, resisting arrest, possession of controlled substance, possession of marijuana 1 oz or less 2nd offense, intent to deliver, obstructing government operations.
