With the snow fall in the region and wind gust that are between 30 and 40 mph widespread whiteout conditions are being created by this winter storm. With this wind dangerously cold conditions are also being created and a wind chill of 50 below zero was reported in Gordon, NE around 2 p.m. Dec. 21st
