It has been announced by the Comstock Windmill Festival that Turnpike Troubadours will not be performing in the concert line-up for the festival this year.
Comstock Windmill Festival posted on their Facebook page Wednesday morning, saying this:
“Unfortunately, we have been informed that Turnpike Troubadours will not be able to perform at the Windmill Festival this year. We wish them all the best as they move forward. We are now actively looking for a replacement act. Just as soon as we have someone confirmed, we will let you know.”
Turnpike Troubadours posted to their Instagram page over the weekend announcing their cancellation of shows.
“We are saddened by the situation and want you all to know we tried our best to stay positive during this stressful time. However, we have been standing at the crossroads, optimistically in hopes of healing, but it was not to be. We ask for your prayers and support as it is our hope that our brother receives the encouragement and help he needs.”
Once a performer has been announced by the Comstock Windmill Festival, we will report.
