LINCOLN, NE – The North Central Lady Knights came into Thursday afternoon’s game for the 2019 NSAA State tournament seated sixth in Class D1 with only two losses for the whole season.
Their first game was against No. 3 Dundy County Stratton Tigers who also had only two losses, but also had two more games under their belt than the Lady Knights.
North Central started out strong taking the lead right away and held it until three minutes into the second quarter when Tiger’s Adelene Krutsinger makes a quick layup to take the lead. The Tigers never looked back from there.
North Central fell 48-28 to the Dundy County Stratton Tigers.
Job well done to all the Lady Knights for a great season. KNLV wishes them GOOD LUCK in the rest of their school year for 2018-19.
